Hiring pilot · Privacy & voice data
You choose what to share.
Your introduction and applications
Intro i.d Ltd operates the platform. Supabase stores your account, private recordings and application data; Vercel hosts the website. Your role page names the participating employer.
Your general intro is private until you attach it to a submitted application or explicitly share it for recruiter discovery. Each application contains a fixed copy of the selected intro, your name and background, and only the optional voice answers you include.
Assigned reviewers at that employer can review submitted content. They cannot open private drafts. Your verified account email is revealed only after you accept an interview request, although your LinkedIn page may already contain contact details. CV files used for preparation are read on your device and are not attached to hiring applications.
Your recordings and transcripts
Your browser prepares audio for playback before it is saved privately. We check the recording format and duration before accepting it. Hiring-team audio requires a reviewed transcript before publication. Candidates may add an accurate transcript of their recording; it does not replace the audio response.
With your permission, OpenAI receives the recording you select to create a transcript, or reviewed CV text to suggest four preparation prompts. Hiring teams can send role details to draft three questions, which they review before publication. CV prompt text is not saved in our database.
If you opt in to recruiter discovery, approved reviewers can search your selected general intro’s transcript for stated, job-related experience. OpenAI receives that transcript and selected role requirements. Private role answers, your CV file and account email are not included. Opt out at any time from your profile; this stops future discovery access. It does not withdraw applications you have already submitted.
Text requests use OpenAI’s store:false setting. This is not a zero-retention promise; OpenAI’s applicable API data controls and abuse-monitoring retention still apply. Transcripts can contain errors. Correct them before accepting your intro or submitting your answers; accepted revisions are locked. Audio remains the source. If an edit changes timestamped words, automated excerpt search is unavailable for that revision; employers can still listen.
There are no suitability scores, vocal-trait assessments or automatic hiring decisions. Reviewers listen and make their own decisions. An unavailable transcript is not a negative assessment.
Control, access and retention
Withdraw an application from its receipt to stop future reviewer access. Already-issued media links expire within 60 seconds; a recipient may retain a file they already downloaded.
Operators can access submitted private content to resolve a support issue only after recording a purpose. That access is audited and expires after 15 minutes. Application updates appear in your workspace; automatic update emails are not sent during this pilot. Sign-in emails continue to use the existing account service.
Inactive application drafts expire after 30 days. Other application content expires at the earlier of 180 days after submission or 90 days after role closure. Withdrawn application content is removed within 30 days. Unreferenced discarded media is removed after 24 hours; failed deletions are retried.
Reusable intro revisions remain in your account until removal or an account deletion request. Public hiring-team audio remains with the published role history. Ask us about account deletion and infrastructure backup lifecycles at info@intro-id.com.
Your older public intro and six-digit listening code use the original introduction controls and notice.
